What Does The Lawyer Do?

Once your realtor finds you the perfect home, negotiates the purchase on your behalf and walks you through the various conditions, he or she will forward the offer to your lawyer. It is the lawyer's responsibility to take you through the final steps of becoming a home owner and ensuring you have the keys to your new home on the closing date.

These responsibilities include all of the due diligence and searches necessary to ensure you are receiving clean title to the property, free of any liens or encumbrances, and he or she will explain to you how title insurance guarantees that you are receiving the property you understood you were buying.

At Mack, Kisbee and Greer we utilize our many years of hands-on experience to better serve our clients. Every client comes with a unique set of needs and desires. By listening and understanding we use our expertise to bring your home buying experience to a positive conclusion.

We invite you to let us help you achieve the dream of owning a home.
